Providers of service are Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants, Transport, Allied Health Professionals, Care Workers, etc.

Providers can also be an organisation or service unable to deal with spikes in workload i.e. a practice, a hospital, care provider, mental health or community services.

Providers also be everyday people who see this as an opportunity to help their communities broker or provide low level care. These people will undergo training verification to become non-clinical health and social care workforce.

Client is a person looking for quick at ease access to care in their home, work wherever the location happens to be.

External Providers includes suppliers and business partners who provide products or services to MyQuickClinic and regulatory bodies or similar, and refers to the individuals representing these organisations.

Website Users refers to individuals or businesses accessing MyQuickClinic’s website.

Exclusions:

The term Employee does not apply to MyQuickClinic users or clients as we are a platform that facilitates to broker services between clients and providers.

Who we are and what we do

MyQuickClinic is an on-demand C2C health & social care workforce platform that aims to support the delivery of quick access to a range of quality health, social care or voluntary professionals or other closely linked professions and services within 5-10 mins reach.

Modelled on maximising brokerage leveraging demand resourcing, MyQuickClinic’s main aim is to provide a platform marketplace that allows many new providers to participate in choice based health and social care closer to home.

MyQuickClinic platform and team aims to help remove growing pressures on urgent care, primary and social care (community based care) by increasing the supply of new workforce into the sector using sophisticated supply, demand modelling and verification technology.

We believe that many more people can enter the provider/ supply market for health and social care contributing to improved health and care outcomes.

Personal information, such as a way to identify you, is necessary to enter into our platform User Agreement. The provision of all other personal information (including special category information) is voluntary, but may be necessary in order to use our Services, such as buying or selling services needed to conclude a transaction.
